Sorry to hear about your experience. Typically, acne gets worse under stress, and unfortunately sounds like you have been through some stressful situation. This is why your acne got worse during your pregnancy. In addition, acne can also be very hormonal, and this is why acne worsens sometimes during pregnancy. If your acne is along the jawline, this means that it is hormonal and I would recommend trying oral Aldactone or topical Aczone. I also recommend doing a triple combo, which is topical Clindamycin, topical Retin-A and oral antibiotics, such as Doxycyclin. Lastly, a more promising option may be Accutane. Accutane is the only medication that can provide a cure for your acne. I took Accutane when I was 27 years old, when I was a Dermatology resident because I had concluded that my acne will never go away. But some people may not want to go on Accutane. The triple combo may be a good treatment option and we can certainly prescribe that on our Dermcheck App platform. Finally, cleansing your face with a gentle cleanser like Cetaphil is very helpful. I hope these help. Sincerely Dr. Behnam.
